1. Returns
Goods may be returned for exchange provided that:
- The item is returned within 7–14 days of delivery
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is unused and in original packaging
2. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange products that meet the return criteria above.
3. Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed once the item has been received.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- Used or opened products (unless defective)
- Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
