1. Returns
Goods may be returned provided that:
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging
2. Consumer Protection Act — Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008), you have the right to return goods purchased online within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked, provided the goods are undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange products that meet the return criteria above.
4. Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed once the item has been received by us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- Used or opened products (unless defective)
- Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos at info@indigo.durban.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with your order or our resolution, please follow these steps:
- Contact us first: Email info@indigo.durban with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 business hours.
- Resolution: We will work with you to find a fair resolution — exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable under this policy.
- Escalation: If we are unable to resolve the matter directly, you may escalate to the National Consumer Commission (NCC) at www.thencc.gov.za.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or wish to dispute a payment made via Paystack, please contact us at info@indigo.durban before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving payment queries directly and promptly.
