Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major centres across South Africa. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from date of order confirmation and payment:

  • Durban (local): Same day to next business day
  • Gauteng, Cape Town, and major cities: 3–5 business days
  • Regional and outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS where applicable.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Lost Goods in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@indigo.durban with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
